This fix is similar to 2.4.5. It is a small formatting fix to remove extraneous line breaks in KJV verses.

This is a function fix for the Bible Gateway URL referencing. Since release 2.4.4 Bible Gateway was used to as an online source reference, because it has a better UI comparing to RESTful API JSON response.

This fix will remove the space inside of book names to make it more robust.
